7. Cash on Delivery
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders across Bangladesh.
For COD orders, the customer is required to pay the applicable order amount to the delivery person when the order is delivered.
Customers are requested to accept confirmed orders and remain available at the provided delivery address.
Repeated refusal or cancellation of confirmed COD orders may affect the customer’s ability to place future COD orders.
8. Product Checking Before Payment
Where the courier service allows it, customers are encouraged to check their order in front of the delivery person before making payment.
If you notice an incorrect, visibly damaged, or defective product at the time of delivery, please inform the delivery person and contact our customer support team immediately.
Product checking procedures may vary depending on the courier service and delivery conditions.
9. Delivery
We deliver products across Bangladesh.
Estimated delivery times are generally:
- Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days
- Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days
These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, public holidays, traffic, location, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an active phone number.
10. Delivery Charges
Applicable delivery charges will be communicated during the ordering or checkout process.
Delivery charges may vary depending on the customer’s location, order size, delivery service, or other applicable factors.
Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable.
11. Order Cancellation

Our primary resolution for eligible product issues is exchange.

For Cash on Delivery orders where payment has not been collected, there is no payment to refund.
